I need to either start collecting quark recipes or we should stop getting a jar of quark with the biokiste. The fact that we usually don't eat dessert most of the time makes using 400g of quark a week tricky.
That's an interesting idea. It would probably end up being very different texture-wise since whenever quark sees heat it separates and forms tiny curds, but the tanginess of the quark could complement greens.
could you use it in saag paneer? two birds, one stone (with some of your mixed greens)
