Sunday's Bread
Standard Multigrain Bread
Bread Bible's
hearth bread +
use 2 tsp kosher salt (instead of 1 1/2 tsp salt)
60 g millet
40 g flax
60 g sesame
60 g sunflower
Sponge is allowed to rise overnight at room temp.
Seeds are toasted before adding them.
