Wednesday Wurstsalat
It was another hot evening, so we did a wurstsalat for dinner.
Nothing fancy: cervelas, Appenzeller, yogurt, mayo, mustard, green garlic, minced red onion, lemon zest. Very nice.
We had bread and a big green salad with this.
