Sunday: summer tomato vegetable soup
I won't call this one gazpacho...
Puree peeled tomatoes, zucchini, onion, garlic, parsley, olive oil. Add salt and black pepper, dry sherry, tabasco, and minced smoked ham.
Together with a green salad this was a good quick meal for a hot day.
