Sunday: Roesti
To go with the leftover
bbq pork
I did a rösti. On the side we had steamed kohlrabi sticks with
herbed quark
and a big carrot salad with a citrus vinaigrette (lime, lemon, orange, rapeseed oil, tabasco, cilantro, salt).
