Saturday Night: Pasta with Zucchini and Onions

For dinner on Saturday, I made a pasta sauce by caramelizing some sweet onions and zucchini [CSA] and then serving that over penne with fresh parsley and a good helping of grated pecorino.

Of course we had a green salad with that.
