Satuday's Cooking Extravaganza

After such a depressing week, the only thing to do was to do a bunch of cooking over the weekend.

A quasi-Mexican theme seemed reasonable, so I did: roasted pork, pintos, corn flan, and coleslaw.

I guess I'll do separate posts for each of those.
